अब इस खबर को पढ़ के एक बात तो तय है कि या तो हम बहुत ज्यादा ही मानसिक तौर पर बीमार हैं या फिर हमारी परवरिश में बहुत बड़ी कमी की है हमारे घर वालों ने जो हमें संस्कार ना दिये।
मैं कामना करता हूँ कि सभी को सद्बुद्धि मिले।
और ये जरूर सोचने की जरूरत है कि ऐसी समस्या का समाधान क्या और कैसे हो?????
मेरा जबाब है कि हम सभी अपनी अपनी जिम्मेदारी लें और अच्छे काम करें और दूसरों को प्रेरित करें।

न्यूज़ चैनलों पर आ रहे विज्ञापन के आख़िर में जब एक महिला इस भावुकता के साथ अरविंद केजरीवाल के लिए दुआ मांगती है तो वह भगवान से कम, उस दर्शक से ज़्यादा मुख़ातिब होती है, जो टीवी के सामने बैठा है। आपने इस विज्ञापन को देखा ही होगा। हमारी राजनीति में नेता लीला करते हैं। वे नायक बनकर सामने वाले पर हमला करते हैं, तो उसी सामने वाले से पीड़ित भी बताते हैं। कोई अपनी ग़रीबी को बेचता है तो कोई अपनी जाति।

विज्ञापन में साधारण सूती साड़ी में महिला गोभी ख़रीदते वक्त महंगाई से परेशान दिखती है, लेकिन घर पहुंचते ही सीन बदल जाता है। बिजली का बिल आ गया होता है और कम देखकर वह खुश हो जाती है। वह कहती है, "हमारे लिए तो केजरीवाल ही मददगार बनकर आए हैं। बाकी सरकारें तो कहती थीं, पैसे नहीं हैं, फिर केजरीवाल के पास पैसे कहां से आए। दरअसल केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली में भ्रष्टाचार खूब कम कर दिया और जो पैसे बचे, उससे हमारे बिजली के बिल कम कर दिए..."

यह सब बोलते हुए उस महिला की निगाह टीवी पर आ रही बहस पर पड़ती है, जिसमें केजरीवाल सरकार पर सवाल दागे जा रहे हैं। तब महिला कहती है, "रोज़ टीवी पर देखते हैं तो लगता है कि सब बेईमान इकट्ठे हो केजरीवाल के पीछे हाथ धोकर पड़ गए हैं। रोज़ कुछ न कुछ उलट-सुलट बोलते रहते हैं। इतना गुस्सा आता है इन सब लोगों पर, खुद से तो कुछ होता नहीं हैं। सारे मिलकर केजरीवाल के पीछे पड़े हैं। रोज़ भगवान से दुआ मांगती हूं कि हे भगवान, हमारे अरविंद को सलामत रखना।"

यह विज्ञापन बहुत चालाकी से टीवी की बहसों को खारिज करता है। उसमें उठने वाले सवालों पर हमला करता है। इनके ज़रिये जो छवि कमज़ोर हो रही है, उससे लड़ा जा रहा है। ठीक है कि मीडिया के कुछ हिस्से ने केजरीवाल सरकार के ख़िलाफ़ मोर्चा-सा खोल दिया है, लेकिन संदेश दिया जा रहा है कि सारी दुनिया केजरीवाल के पीछे पड़ी है। एक राज्य का मुख्यमंत्री चाहे अधिकारों की लड़ाई में कितना भी कमजोर हो, वह इतना लाचार नहीं हो सकता कि उसके लिए दुआ मांगी जाए। हमारे राजनेता खुद को ईश्वर का दूत भी बना देते हैं और फिर उसी ईश्वर से सहारा भी मांगने लगते हैं। कोई कहता है कि मां गंगा ने बुलाया है तो आया हूं, कोई कहता है कि कोई शक्ति है, जो यह सब करा रही है।

इस विज्ञापन को मौजूदा राजनीतिक संदर्भ के बिना नहीं देखा सकता है। जितेंद्र सिंह तोमर अब दरबदर हो चुके हैं। ठीक है कि भाजपा सांसदों की कथित फर्ज़ी डिग्री की जांच नहीं हो रही, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी चुनावों में कहते रहे कि एक साल के भीतर आरोपी सांसदों के मामलों में फैसला आना चाहिए, यह भी ठीक है कि अब यह किसी को याद नहीं है, लेकिन इससे तोमर को लेकर उठने वाले सवाल कम नहीं हो जाते हैं। जितेंद्र सिंह तोमर के फ़र्ज़ीवाड़े ने बड़ी दिल्ली बनाम छोटी दिल्ली की लड़ाई में केजरीवाल को कमज़ोर किया है। जिस तरह से प्रधानमंत्री मोदी, सुषमा स्वराज और वसुंधरा मामले पर नहीं बोल रहे हैं, उसी तरह तोमर मामले पर मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल ने भी सार्वजनिक रूप से कुछ नहीं कहा है। दिल्ली नगर निगम के कर्मचारियों के वेतन के मामले में भी मात खाने से उन्हें झटका लगा है।

उपराज्यपाल और मुख्यमंत्री के बीच अधिकारों की लड़ाई जारी है। इस लड़ाई में चुने हुए मुख्यमंत्री का नैतिक पक्ष मज़बूत होने के बाद भी उपराज्यपाल इसलिए आक्रामक हैं, क्योंकि उनके पास बड़ी दिल्ली है और पुलिस है। इस तरह की ख़बरें उड़ाना कि 21 विधायकों के ख़िलाफ़ चार्जशीट होगी, संदेह पैदा करता है कि दिल्ली में कुछ भी हो सकता है। जो भ्रष्ट है, उसके ख़िलाफ़ बिल्कुल कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। भ्रष्टाचार के ख़िलाफ़ ही आम आदमी पार्टी का वजूद है। इसका इम्तिहान उसे भी देना होगा, पर इससे यह सवाल खत्म नहीं हो जाता कि आरोपी सांसदों और अन्य राज्यों में आरोपी विधायकों के बारे में क्या हो रहा है। क्या उतनी तेज़ी दिखाई जा रही है। मध्य प्रदेश के व्यापम घोटाले को किस तरह से पचा लिया गया, सबने देखा। उत्तर प्रदेश के बेलगाम मंत्रियों, पंजाब में ड्रग्स के कारोबार को राजनैतिक संरक्षण देने वाले नेताओं और बिहार में धान खरीद घोटाले में कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं होती है? केंद्र के जिन नेताओं के ख़िलाफ़ फ़र्ज़ी डिग्री या ग़लत जानकारी देने के आरोप हैं, उनके ख़िलाफ़ कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं होती?

क्या अब राजनीतिक लड़ाई विज्ञापनों के ज़रिये लड़ी जाएगी। केंद्र सरकार हो या दिल्ली सरकार, अगले पल कबाड़ में बदल जाने वाले इन विज्ञापनों पर कितना पैसा बहा रहे हैं। यह विज्ञापन किसलिए हैं। सरकार के कार्य का प्रचार करने के लिए या राजनैतिक संकट से उबरने के लिए। जो छवि गंवाई गई है, उसे हासिल करने के लिए या आने वाले संकटों की आशंका को देखते हुए ढाल तैयार करने के लिए। विज्ञापन में मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल को मसीहा की तरह पेश किया गया है। ऐसी ही छवि आएदिन प्रधानमंत्री की गढ़ी जाती है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी मोबाइल ऐप लांच हुआ है। दोनों ही नेता निरंतर मीडिया में रहते हैं। धारणाओं की लड़ाई लड़ते रहते हैं। एक जगह छवि गंवाते हैं, तो दूसरी जगह से भरपाई करने लगते हैं। लोग जानना चाहते हैं कि प्रधानमंत्री वसुंधरा राजे मामले पर क्या सोचते हैं तो वह योग की तस्वीरें ट्वीट कर रहे हैं। चुपासन कर रहे हैं। लोग जानना चाहते हैं कि तोमर पर केजरीवाल क्या सोचते हैं तो वह पीड़ितासन कर रहे हैं।

इस विज्ञापन में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार को सलामत रखने की बात नहीं है। आम आदमी पार्टी को सलामत रखने की बात नहीं है। सिर्फ केजरीवाल को सलामत रखने की दुआ पढ़ी जा रही है। चुनाव के समय में भी केजरीवाल ऐसे विज्ञापन बना चुके हैं, जिसमें उन्होंने सरकार छोड़ने की अपनी ग़लती मानी और मद्धम स्वर में किसी बूढ़ी मां से वादा किया कि आप मेरा साथ देंगी न। इन सब पैंतरों से एक किस्म की भावुकता रची जाती है। केजरीवाल खुद को प्रोडक्ट के तौर पर पेश कर रहे हैं और भगवान से दुआ मांगते हैं कि इस ब्रांड को बचाए रखना।

हमारी राजनीति में सरकार और पार्टी का मतलब एक व्यक्ति हो गया है। हम सब इन लोकतांत्रिक सवालों पर इतने आलसी हैं कि व्यापक रूप से महत्व ही नहीं देते। सुविधा के हिसाब से एक को व्यक्तिवादी बताते हैं तो दूसरे पर चुप हो जाते हैं। इन दिनों सरकार के कई मंत्री टीवी पर योग कर रहे हैं। योग गुरुओं और प्रवचन कर्ताओं की तरह लगने लगे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री ने खुद को योग से जोड़ लिया है तो मंत्रियों ने योग को प्रधानमंत्री समझ लिया है। वे आसनों के ज़रिये अपनी निष्ठा जता रहे हैं, अलग-अलग रूपों में अपने नेता को ही सामने ला रहे हैं।

1988 में एक फिल्म आई थी 'शहंशाह'। टीनू आनंद की इस फिल्म के गाने में क्यों न किसी नेता की तस्वीर फिट कर दी जाए और टीवी पर बजा दिया जाए। "अंधेरी रातों में, सुनसान राहों पर, हर ज़ुल्म मिटाने को एक मसीहा निकलता है, जिसे लोग शहंशाह कहते हैं..." इससे भी सात साल पहले 1981 में एक और फिल्म आई थी 'क्रोधी', जिसका एक मसीहाई गाना मुझे बेहद पसंद है। गाने के लिए कम, जीनत अमान की वजह से ज़्यादा। जिसके बोल इस तरह है - "लो वो आगे चल निकला है, तुम उसके पीछे हो जाओ, या पहुंचो अपनी मंज़िल पे, या इन रस्तों में खो जाओ, कसम उठाके उसने कदम उठाया है, वो मसीहा आया है..."

तो मेरे प्यारे नेताओं, ज़मीन पर आ जाओ। मसीहा बनना है तो यू-टयूब पर बहुत सारे मसीहाई गाने हैं। उन्हें सुन लो, लेकिन लोकतंत्र में न तो खुद को ईश्वर का अवतार बनाओ न मसीहा, न ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा पीड़ित। अपनी राजनीतिक लड़ाई लड़ने के लिए भावनाओं को बीच में कम से कम लाओ। जब तक भावनाएं रहेंगी, राजनीति कमज़ोर ही होगी। लोकतंत्र की समस्याओं से लड़ने के लिए दो ही हथियार काफी हैं - तर्क और संघर्ष। इन दोनों का टॉनिक एक ही है - काम, सिर्फ काम।

1 साल ..की कीमत उस से पूछो जो फेल हुआ हो । 1 महीने... ..की कीमत उस से पूछो जिसको पिछले महीने तनख्वाह ना मिली हो । 1 हफ्ते... ..की कीमत उस से पूछो जो पूरा हफ्ते अस्पताल में रहा हो। 1 दिन.. ..की कीमत उस से पूछो जो सारा दिन से भूखा हो । 1 घंटे.. ..की कीमत उस से पूछो जिसने किसी का इंतज़ार किया हो। 1 मिनट... ..की कीमत उस से पूछो जिसकी ट्रेन 1 मिनट से मिस हुई हो। 1 सेकंड.. ..की कीमत उस से पूछो.. जो दुर्घटना से बाल बाल बचा हो। इसलिये हर पल का शुक्रिया करो ।

मुख्य बात_

लोग एक दुसरे का अनुपालन करते हैं।

People influence/imitate people.
A well known fact is that we humans are sophisticated social animals and whatever we do affects one another. What most people don’t realize is that they are being influenced? These small influences when grouped together become massive.
Influencing factors:
The influencing factors include, but are not restricted to:
Our friends and family.
Literature we read.
Things we watch.
Do you know that you are being bombarded with information at a conscious as well as on subconscious level? Whatever you experience in life has a potential to bring change. This change can be big/small and it can be good/bad depending on the circumstances. This not only applies to you, but is also true for the person standing next.
It started with an Idea:
The different religious, cultural, and political groups around the globe are an outcome of the domino effect brought by an individual. Someone in past thought about something good or bad and then with some effort he/she acquired his 1st follower and then the 2nd follower joined in and then came even more followers. The interesting point is that many followers joined the group simply because others were following it and it was more comfortable that way.
This has happened in past and continues to happen till date. It’s all about finding your next supporter and with sufficient numbers the group will start growing on autopilot.
What’s the point?
Well! I intend to bring forward a few things. Words might not be sufficient, but I will try:

How to gather men you need?
Have Right Reasons:
Yes! it is extremely important that you do anything and everything for right reasons. In reality, most of the people are too busy seeking acceptance that they stop thinking in the right direction. My experience says that it’s not a good idea to do something because everyone is doing the same. Trust me! Utilizing your brain won’t hurt.
The three supporting examples that I can think right now are listed below:
In Ponzi Investment schemes too many investors lose money at once.
Fashion freaks who are totally unaware about their real requirements and believe everything being stated in the advertisement. They are always behind because they follow fashion and not themselves.
An acceptance seeking friend being victimized by own friends is not an uncommon scene.
Gather men you need:
There exists another side as well. If you are up to something big (and hopefully good), then you can use conformity to your advantage.
At initial stage you can focus on explaining your views and Ideas to a small group of eligible candidates. Once they start agreeing, you can utilize/display that small group to influence a few more and repeat the procedure to recruit even more. The most important and most difficult part is about gathering the first few. Once you cross the initial stage, things will become easier and easier.
Summary:
Use your brain because most of them aren’t. Follow someone or do something only when you have right reasons.
Once a few people start agreeing, it becomes easy to convince a few more, and the cycle continues.

अपनी राय खुद बनाओ और उसके हिसाब से आगे बढ़ो। होंसला रखो कि कामयाबी जरूर मिलेगी।

A bitter truth

नेता या सामाजिक लोग गांधी या नेहरू या फिर कोई और प्रसिद्ध भारतीय परिवार का नाम सिर्फ और सिर्फ अपने फायदे के लिए लेते हैं।
सच्चाई आपके सामने है।

Start any task with proper planning and finish it.

Begin a task after proper planning.
Ensure that the finalized solution is effective, feasible, and is free from unnecessary complexities.
The ideas stated above are very simple. Actually, those are so simple that most of us don’t even bother to think about them. Maybe, in next minute or two I would be able to explain their significance.

It is better to plan beforehand than performing unplanned action:
Be it a war or daily life;  a man with a brilliant plan will come out victorious. Anyone with disagreement must try living unorganized for a short while and soon the life with teach a great lesson.

Formulating a plan might or might not be easy as per the situation. Still, it is better to continue in a planned manner. The advantage of this approach is that if “maximization of profit” can’t be achieved, even then you will be able to “minimize the damages”. Therefore a man must formulate a plan before engaging himself in anything.  For sure, planned actions deliver a higher yield in comparison to unplanned actions.

Nothing can be achieved in lack of action. If action is mandatory, then better be it a planned-one.

What Exactly is an Effective Solution:
If the things discussed above were important; ones about to come are even more important. In reality it is not sufficient to create a plan. Your plan must be effective, simple, and feasible. The situations, circumstances, and abilities of different people differ from each other. When it comes to you, then it must be ensured that the chosen alternative (the plan) is compatible with your specific needs and requirement. What worked for someone else might or might not be the best solution for your problems. In short, you, your needs, and your plan must be compatible.

Also, I have seen it multiple times, that people themselves add unnecessary complexities to their plans. This usually happens with people whose intelligence is above average. Without doubt those men have the capability to formulate brilliant solutions, but things like ego, overconfidence, bias, prejudice  etc hinder their ability to identify/select the best actionable alternative. Hopefully, you don’t belong to this category. If yes, then please do a favor to yourself.

One must try to keep things as simple as possible. Any unnecessary complexity should be avoided and existing ones must be removed. By doing so you will not only prevent yourself from unnecessary hard work, but also make things easy for other members of your team. It is to be remembered that planning is a continuous process that only completes after accomplishment of the objective and then followed by a new plan.

Just “Maintain Clarity Regarding Your Objectives“. Yes! before framing any plan make sure that the goals are crystal clear in your mind. Chanakya said  that “One who cannot decide his objective cannot win“.

* Remember, your true intention behind planning should be to find a solution instead of expressing how intelligent you are. Hopefully, you got the point.

Now, I will like to bind it all with following points.

A good Solution is one with minimal complexities.
Plan considering your objective.
Let not your ego or prejudice prevent you from creating a brilliant plan.
Another thing that I will like to add is that ” More clearly and more quickly you are able to understand the situation, more effective will be your plan“. The tricky part is that both delay and haste will restrict the effectiveness of your plan. Right Decisions are to be made at right time. Be proactive and be involved.

We have heard it a lot of times that “A person must care for his own people“. For me it is a valid statement even if its emotional aspect is ignored for a while. In this article we will be discussing why it’s important to care for own people and how it is beneficial. You can refer to following points and hopefully, things will become a bit clearer.

A Team is Needed to Knock Down Big Targets:
Weakness of your opponent shall not be ignored, nor shall be your own. Even the strongest man can be subdued by a group of efficient men. Also, you must understand that there are tasks that can only be accomplished with help of many and cannot be done all alone. Surely, it will not hurt to receive some extra help. A lone man is vulnerable; better we accept this simple fact.

* It’s another matter that how we behave, ensure our safety, and co-ordinate within a group.

Why Would anyone Help?
The world around us works on principle of Action & Reaction. On helping someone you can expect a bit of help in return. Everyone will not be so helpful, but at least there will be a few interested in returning the favor.

A wise man always tries to increase his strength as well as the count of his supporters. Helping own people is an efficient way to accomplish his objective.

* Another significant point is that you must deliver help to right people and at right time. The right people include your real well wishers and people who are loyal/honest. These are the men who are more likely to help you as and when required. Yes! these are the people for whom you must care The Most.

As a Measure to Justify Own Life:
You would be able to help others only when you are capable to do so. I am not talking about ego, but feeling of being significant is quite wonderful.

Whether you have inherited the resources or earned it with own efforts; it must be put to right use. It must be utilized on right projects and right people. Now, when we do it the right way the level of joy rises to another level.

In Summary:

It is better to stay alone than being in a bad team, but this is not the perfect scenario. The best thing will be to be part of a good team. A good team provides you with efficiency, effectiveness, and protection.
The loyalty of teammates is of great significance and one of the best ways to earn loyalty of your fellow members is to make them feel that you care for them.

The reality of Arvind Kejriwal

It took only 9 months for Narendra Modi from being very popular in India in May 2014 to becoming extremely unpopular ( as the Delhi Assembly elections have conclusively proved ) in February 2015. I submit that it will take an even lesser time for Arvind Kejriwal from being very popular to becoming highly unpopular.

Why do I say this ? For the same reason as applied to Modi, that is, promising the moon, but delivering little.

Kejriwal's main plank, borrowed from Anna Hazare's agitation, was honesty. Leaving aside Mr. Shanti Bhushan's allegation against him, Kejriwal, apart from taking some superficial measures like suspending some babus, will never be able to implement his programme of integrity in administration.

This is because politicians can only make schemes and policies, but it is the bureaucracy which has to implement them, and unfortunately the bureaucracy in India has largely become corrupt. So even good schemes like MNREGA become sources of making money.

Kejriwal is not stupid. He knows that if he seriously tries to eliminate corruption he will create so many enemies that they will gang up against him and destroy him. So he will do nothing of the sort. He will pay only lip service to eliminating corruption, and take only a few cosmetic, superficial steps in that direction, knowing that if he goes beyond that he will certainly land up in deep trouble.
But then people of Delhi will ask : what has happened to your promise to eliminate corruption ? And this will soon start making him unpopular. Public opinion is fickle.

Of course Kejriwal may make some slight dent in the electricity and water problems of the people of Delhi, which is indeed a major problem for them, and one of the main reasons why they voted for him. But here too it will not be smooth sailing. After all, electricity is supplied by private companies, which work for profit, not charity. If electricity bills are halved, as Kejriwal has promised, will they run on losses ?

Moreover, even assuming Kejriwal is personally honest, where is the guarantee that the other AAP MLAs and other partymen will also be the same ?

As regards the major problems of poverty, unemployment, price rise, malnutrition, healthcare and good education, I am afraid Kejriwal has no clue how to solve them. Of course he has promised many more schools and hospitals, but which politician does not promise the moon ?

I have carefully studied Kejriwal's speeches and writings, and have come to the conclusion that there is nothing in the man, just as there is nothing in Rahul Gandhi or Modi. Kejriwal has no scientific ideas about how to solve the massive problems facing the Indian people.

People of Delhi voted for AAP in February, 2015  because they were disgusted with BJP and Modi and wanted a change, just as Indians voted for Modi in May 2014 because they were disgusted with Congress and wanted a change.

It took just 9 months, from May 2014 to February 2015, for the public mood to swing from one extreme to another for Modi. I predict that the pendulum will take even lesser time for Kejriwal

What is there in Kejriwal ? I think he is only a demagogue, who has no real solution to the peoples' problems, as people will themselves realize after some time. They have only exchanged one Sapnon ka Saudagar ( seller of dreams ) for another.

I read Kejriwal's book ' Swaraj '. In that book Kejriwal says that we must transfer power from Delhi to the gram panchayats and mohalla panchayats. This is sentimental nonsense. Everyone with even a little knowledge of realities knows that most of such panchayats are hotbeds of petty caste politics and centres of corruption. It has been observed that we humans have a tendency to seek sympathy/acceptance of others. Not all, but most of the people do so and in the flow of emotions we reveal a lot of things that were to be kept as a secret. Most probably you yourself have experienced such moments.

Let me tell you one thing that relationships are very dynamic in nature. With time your opponent might become your friend and your trustworthy friends might turn hostile. Also, you cannot be so sure about real intentions of the person in front with soft tone and a lot of sympathy.

You can either risk your safety by revealing your weakness or you can ensure your well being by remaining silent. The choice is not simple, but very simple!

Still, I keep hearing the replies like “I know, but I can’t control myself. Please suggest something”. In such cases the problem can only be fixed by you. Self Control is the simplest answer. No rocket science involved.

Another issue that I would raise today is about substance abuse and alcohol consumption in particular. After getting drunk people say anything (somethings everything). There are obvious health benefits of not drinking alcohol. Another good reason for not drinking alcohol is that you remain in your control and your weaknesses remain a secret.

The moral of the whole story is that you must not share your secrets; even with a friend. Why provide a good friend with opportunity to turn bad. I repeat “SELF CONTROL” is the key. Use it …

शुद्ध भारतीय होने के कुछ पक्के लक्षण

शुद्ध भारतीय होने के कुछ पक्के लक्षण -----

1. सड़क पर मूतना: दीवारों पर हमेशा लिखा देखा है कि देखो गधा पेशाब कर रहा है. लेकिन उस दीवार के पास हमेशा इंसानी 'जल' की नमी पाई जाती है. अर्थात हमारे शहरों, कस्बों में मानो जैसे रिवाज है कि जब लगे तो जगह न देखो बस कर दो. लाख स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के बैनन लगे हों.

2. बेटी की शादी में पिता की झुकी नजर, जुड़े हाथ: बेटी पराया धन होती है. जब तक दिमाग में ये मानसिकता रहेगी, तब तक शादी ब्याहों में लाखों रुपये खर्च करने के बाद भी बेटी का पिता हाथ जोड़े खड़ा रहता है. न जाने ये ढकियानुसी सभ्यता का कौन सा रिवाज है, जिसमें बेटी के पिता को शादी ब्याहों में नजर झुकाए ही देखा गया है. लेकिन भारत के अलावा दूसरे देशों में बेटी का पिता दूल्हे से ज्यादा सजा और चमकता हुआ दिखता है.

3. रोतले सीरियल और मां-बहनों की दीवानगी: क्योंकि सास भी कभी बहू थी, लेकिन असली सवाल ये है कि जब सास बहू थी तब भी वो क्या इतने सीरियल देख पाती थी, जितने आज हमारे घरों में मम्मी, भाभी, पत्नी और बहनें देख रही हैं. भारत में सीरियल्स के लिए जितनी दीवानगी है, उतनी कहीं भी नहीं देखने को मिलती है.

4. मानक का नागिन में बदलना: याद कीजिए उस आखिरी बारात को, जिसमें आप गए थे. कम से कम एक शख्स तो ऐसा जरूर मिला होगा, जिसे आपने बैंड की आवाज के बीच खुलेआम नागिन रूप धारण करते देखा होगा. यानी नागिन टोन पर जमीन पर लोटते हुए. कुछ भी कहिए किसी भी शादी में अगर एक नागिन देखने को न मिले, तो शादी के मजे में वो चौकसपना नहीं आता.

5. हमारा नेता कैसा हो: आजाद भारत से लेकर अब तक हुए किसी भी चुनाव को उठाकर देख लीजिए. हर बार नेता अधाधुंध वादे करते हैं. पैरॉशूट उम्मीदवार उतारे जाते हैं. हमारे इलाके में काम करना होता है विधायक, सांसद को. लेकिन हम नेता चुनते हैं वो जो हमारी किसी पार्टी का चेहरा हो. यानी आज भी भारत में योग्य उम्मीदवार चुनने की बजाय हम एक तय मानसिकता के तहत वोट का सही इस्तेमाल नहीं कर पा रहे हैं.

6. शादी से पहले लड़की का 'फर्नीचर' बन जाना: शादी के लिए लड़की देखने की परंपरा आज भी भारत में लगभग वैसी ही है, जैसे पहले कभी हुआ करती थी. हालांकि लोगों के नजरिए में काफी बदलाव आया है. लेकिन फिर भी बेटे की शादी के लिए लड़के के घरवाले लड़की को ऐसे देखते हैं, जैसे किसी फर्नीचर को खरीदते वक्त देखा जाता है.

7. थोड़ा साइड होना, सेट होना है: रेल, मेट्रो, बस, शादी या दफ्तर, कोई ऐसी जगह नहीं है जहां भारतीय एडजस्ट करना या करवाने की प्रक्रिया से न गुजरते हों. बैठने की जगह कितने ही लोगों की हो, लेकिन 'भैया जरा एडजस्ट करना' नामक वाक्य का इस्तेमाल कर समाजशास्त्री अपने बैठने का जुगाड़ बना ही लेते हैं.

8. क्रिकेट- ऐसी दीवानगी देखी नहीं: माना कि हमारे देश में सचिन तेंदुलकर हैं, लेकिन इसका मतलब ये तो नहीं कि हर दूसरा लौंडा या मोहतरमा क्रिकेट के लिए दीवानगी जाहिर करते हुए दिख ही जाती हैं. वाउ, कोहली रॉक्स टाइप. दुनिया के बाकी देशों में भी क्रिकेट खेला जाता है लेकिन क्रिकेट की जीत के लिए 'कथा, हवन कराओ' टाइप मोहब्बत सिर्फ भारत में ही देखी जाती है. सही भी है, अब हम आजाद हैं.

9. मुझे अपनी शरण में ले लो भगवान: एग्जाम शुरू हुए नहीं कि किताबों के करीब रहने की बजाय हमारे देश में अपनी अपनी सहूलियत और आस्था के हिसाब से भगवान की शरण में चले जाते हैं. भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ फेसबुक पर लिखने वाले लोग भी भगवान को प्रसाद की रिश्वत का वादा करने से नहीं चूकते हैं.

10. MRP मतलब मारपीट फॉर रुपये पैसे: खरीदते या बेचते वक्त MRP की चेपी उखाड़ने में जिस तेजी से भारतीय लोग फुर्ती दिखाते हैं. उस तेजी से तो कभी भी बुलेट ट्रेन में नहीं चल सकती. मोल-भाव करने में हम भारतीयों का कोई तोड़ नहीं है. कम से कम खर्चे में बड़े बड़े काम करने की तमन्ना भारतीय के मन में सबसे ज्यादा फूटती है. मंगलयान इसका ताजा और राष्ट्रीय उदाहरण है.

तिलक लगाने के फायदे और अपना मिला-जुला अनुभव

मैं तो लगभग पिछले 7 सालों से तिलक लगाता आ रहा हूँ और मैंने स्वयं इन सभी बातों का अनुभव किया है जो आपसे साझा कर रहा हूँ।

1. तिलक करने से व्यक्त‍ित्व प्रभावशाली हो जाता है. दरअसल, तिलक लगाने का मनोवैज्ञानिक असर होता है, क्योंकि इससे व्यक्त‍ि के आत्मविश्वास और आत्मबल में भरपूर इजाफा होता है.

2. ललाट पर नियमित रूप से तिलक लगाने से मस्तक में तरावट आती है. लोग शांति व सुकून अनुभव करते हैं. यह कई तरह की मानसिक बीमारियों से बचाता है.

3. दिमाग में सेराटोनिन और बीटा एंडोर्फिन का स्राव संतुलित तरीके से होता है, जिससे उदासी दूर होती है और मन में उत्साह जागता है. यह उत्साह लोगों को अच्छे कामों में लगाता है.

4. इससे सिरदर्द की समस्या में कमी आती है.

5. हल्दी से युक्त तिलक लगाने से त्वचा शुद्ध होती है. हल्दी में एंटी बैक्ट्र‍ियल तत्व होते हैं, जो रोगों से मुक्त करता है.

6. धार्मिक मान्यता के अनुसार, चंदन का तिलक लगाने से मनुष्य के पापों का नाश होता है. लोग कई तरह के संकट से बच जाते हैं. ज्योतिष शास्त्र के मुताबिक, तिलक लगाने से ग्रहों की शांति होती है.

7. माना जाता है कि चंदन का तिलक लगाने वाले का घर अन्न-धन से भरा रहता है और सौभाग्य में बढ़ोतरी होती है.

संभलकर केजरीवाल (एक राजनीतिक विश्लेषण)

संभलकर केजरीवाल, राजनीति में धारणा बड़ी चीज है...
               ये तो तय ही था कि योगेन्द्र यादव और प्रशांत भूषण आम आदमी पार्टी की पोलिटिकल अफेयर्स कमिटी से बाहर हो जाएंगे और आखिरकार हो भी गए। लेकिन, इसके बारे में अभी तक जो देखा, सुना या बताया जा रहा है वो केवल एक पक्ष है और इस एक पक्ष के होने के कारण पार्टी का एक गुट सिम्पैथी पा रहा है तो दूसरा गुट बाल्टी भर आलोचना का शिकार हो रहा है।

ये बहुत स्वाभाविक सी बात है जब कोई ताक़तवर माना जाने वाला किसी कमज़ोर माने जानेपर ज़्यादती करता दिखता है तो हम ताक़तवर की आलोचना करते हैं और कमज़ोर को सिम्पैथी देते हैं।

जैसे सड़क पर जब कोई बाइक वाला साइकिल वाले को टक्कर मारता है तो हम मानते हैं कि गलती बाइक वाले की ही होगी। ऐसे ही जब कोई कार वाला बाइक वाले को टक्कर मारता है तो मानते हैं कि गलती कार वाले की होगी। टका सा बयान, थोड़ा पैसा क्या आ गया गरीब आदमी को दबाने में लगा है।

लेकिन बड़ा या छोटा होने से सही और गलत का फैसला नहीं होता, क्योंकि जब तक असली बात ही मालूम न चले तब तक सही या गलत का फैसला कैसे होगा? और जब तक फैसला नहीं होगा तब धारणा काम करती है, जो कमज़ोर दिखने वाले के पक्ष पहले से ही और आसानी से बन जाती है।

इसलिए मैं शुरू से ये कह रहा हूं कि आम आदमी पार्टी की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी ने जो फैसला किया है पोलिटिकल अफेयर्स कमिटी से दो बड़े नेताओं को बाहर करने का उसपर सवाल नहीं है बल्कि फैसला लिए जाने के तरीके पर सवाल हैं।

फैसले के तरीके पर सवाल क्यों?

1 . योगेन्द्र यादव और प्रशांत भूषण आम आदमी पार्टी की पोलिटिकल अफेयर्स कमिटी से बाहर हुए, ये घोषणा तो पार्टी ने सार्वजनिक रूप से की, लेकिन जिन आरोप के चलते या कारणों के चलते ये फैसला हुआ उसपर पार्टी आधिकारिक रूप से चुप है।

2. इस मुद्दे पर बोलने के लिए सभी नेताओं और प्रवक्ताओं को मना किया गया है।

3. अगर मान भी लें कि चिट्ठियां लीक करने की वजह ये कार्रवाई हुई तो चिट्ठियां दूसरी तरफ से भी लीक हुई।

असल में जब पार्टी खुद सामने आकर कुछ नहीं कहेगी और चुप्पी साध लेगी तो यही होगा जो हो रहा है और इसके लिए ज़िम्मेदार कोई बीजेपी या कांग्रेस वाले नहीं है, बल्कि खुद आम आदमी पार्टी वाले हैं।

ऐसी कार्रवाई क्यों हुई?

आम लोगों, पार्टी के अपने वॉलंटियर्स और मीडिया में भी लोगों के मन भी सवाल उठ रहे हैं कि

1. अरविन्द और प्रशांत का साथ तो जाने कितना पुराना है, लोकपाल आंदोलन से लेकर पार्टी ही नहीं बल्कि ये साथ उससे भी बहुत पुराना है।

2. कदम कदम पर प्रशांत भूषण और शांति भूषण के अनुभव और कद से अरविन्द केजरीवाल, आंदोलन और पार्टी सबको फायदा हुआ।

3. जब आम आदमी पार्टी शुरू हुई तो पहला चंदा शांति भूषण ने एक करोड़ रुपये के चेक के रूप में दिया जो की बहुत बड़ी बात थी, आज तो इस पार्टी को कोई भी कितना भी चंदा दे देगा लेकिन उस समय दिए गए चंदे का महत्व हर कोई नहीं समझ सकता।

4. आम आदमी पार्टी आगे तो बढ़ी, प्रशांत भूषण का भी कद ज़रूर बढ़ा क्यूंकि अब वो देश के पोलिटिकल सिस्टम के अहम हिस्सा बन गए हैं और उनकी बात का वज़न पहले से ज़्यादा बढ़ गया है।

5. अरविन्द केजरीवाल अखंड भारत में विश्वास रखते हैं जबकि समय समय पर प्रशांत भूषण के कश्मीर मुद्दे पर दिए गए बयान पार्टी के लिए मुश्किल बढ़ाते रहे लेकिन सब ठीक चलता रहा।

(योगेन्द्र यादव)
1. योगेन्द्र यादव पार्टी बनाने की घोषणा से ठीक पहले अरविन्द के साथ जुड़े।

2. योगेन्द्र यादव के राजनीतिक अनुभव खासतौर से पोलिटिकल एनालिसिस का खूब फायदा आम आदमी पार्टी को मिला।

3. अभी के दिल्ली चुनाव में प्रचार के आखिरी में मैंने अरविन्द केजरीवाल से पूछा कि कितनी सीटें आ रही हैं आपकी? तो अरविन्द बोले ''योगेन्द्र जी ने कहा है कि हम 51 सीटें जीतेंगे'' (इसका मतलब आप खुद निकाले मैं नहीं निकालूँगा)

4. योगेन्द्र यादव को साल 2014 में पार्टी का मुख्य प्रवक्ता के साथ हरियाणा का ज़िम्मा दिया अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने।

5. योगेन्द्र यादव को हरियाणा का मुख्यमंत्री उम्मीदवार बना रहे थे केजरीवाल और हरियाणा की 10 में से 9 लोकसभा सीटों पर टिकट योगेन्द्र यादव के कहने पर ही फाइनल किए गए।

6. 2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव में अरविन्द चाहते थे कि पार्टी 50-70 सीटों पर ही चुनाव लड़े लेकिन योगेन्द्र यादव और प्रशांत भूषण के कहने पर पार्टी ने 434 सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ा, और केवल 13 सीटों पर अपनी ज़मानत बचा पायी जिनमें 4 जीती हुई पंजाब की सीटें शामिल हैं।

ये जो मैंने ऊपर लिखा है इससे पता चलता है कि रिश्ते कितने मज़बूत और विश्वास कितना गहरा था इन लोगों में, इसलिए लोग सोच रह हैं कि ऐसा क्या हो गया कि बात यहाँ तक आ गई।

केजरीवाल कैंप के योगेंद्र यादव और कैंप पर आरोप कुछ इस तरह हैं-

1. जनवरी 2014 में जब केजरीवाल सीएम थे तब योगेंद्र यादव ने अपना सचिवालय बनाने की कोशिश यह कहकर की कि वो अब राष्ट्रीय संयोजक बनने जा रहे हैं। 2. मई 2014 में शांति भूषण ने केजरीवाल को चिट्ठी लिखकर कहा कि आप इस पद के योग्य नहीं है इसलिए आप इस्तीफा दें और योगेंद्र यादव को संयोजक बनाएं वर्ना मैं जनता और मीडिया में जाकर तुमको एक्सपोज़ कर दूंगा। 3. जून 2014 में जब ये अटकल चल रही थी कि दिल्ली में बीजेपी सरकार बना सकती है तब पार्टी की एक पॉलिसी मीटिंग के दौरान शांति भूषण बिना न्योते के बैठक में आए और प्रस्ताव रखा कि सरकार बीजेपी बना रही है और केजरीवाल नेता विपक्ष बनेंगे इसलिए पार्टी में एक व्यक्ति एक पद की नीति के तहत योगेंद्र यादव को राष्ट्रीय संयोजक बना देना चाहिए। इस बैठक में योगेंद्र यादव मौजूद थे।

4. जून 2014 में ही आशीष खेतान से प्रशांत भूषण ने कहा कि अगर अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कांग्रेस से समर्थन लेकर सरकार बनाने की कोशिश तो हम केजरीवाल को पार्टी से निकाल देंगे। 5. अगस्त 2014 में चंडीगढ़ में पत्रकारों को बुलाकर ये खबर प्लांट कराई जिसमें बताया कि कैसे पार्टी तो हरियाणा में चुनाव लड़ना चाहती थी, लेकिन केजरीवाल ने तानाशाही तरीके से निर्णय लिया कि दिल्ली से पहले कोई चुनाव पार्टी नहीं लड़ेगी और सारे संसाधन और पैसा दिल्ली चुनाव में लगा डाले। 6. जनवरी 2015 में जब दिल्ली चुनाव चल रहे थे अखबारों में 12 आपत्तिजनक उम्मीदवारों पर दस्तावेज के साथ खबर छपवाई। खबर इस तरह से प्लांट कराई, जिससे केजरीवाल की छवि तानाशाह की बने।

कुल मिलाकर केजरीवाल समर्थक गुट ये मानता है कि योगेंद्र यादव ने प्रशांत और शांति भूषण के जरिये षड्यंत्र करके केजरीवाल को हटाकर राष्ट्रीय संयोजक बनने की कोशिश की।

लेकिन ये आरोप मीडिया के सामने आकर कोई पार्टी नेता क्यों नहीं लगाता?
क्यों नहीं बताता कि ये आरोप थे, इस तरह से जांच हुई और माना गया और इसीलिए दोनों को बाहर का रास्ता दिखाया गया।

हो सकता है ये आरोप सही हों या गलत हों लेकिन जब प्रक्रिया या तरीका पारदर्शी नहीं दिखेगा और जब पर्दा किया जाएगा, चुप्पी साधी जाएगी तो सवाल तो उठेंगे ही और सन्देश ये जाएगा ही आपने सही नहीं किया।

असल में आम आदमी पार्टी ये सन्देश देने में नाकाम रही कि उसने ऐसा फैसला क्यों किया? केवल एक पक्ष ही चर्चा में है और इसीलिए वोटिंग में योगेन्द्र-प्रशांत हारे और आम जनता, आम आदमी पार्टी वॉलंटियर्स और मीडिया के लोगों के बीच बन रही धारणा में पार्टी हार गई और रही सही कसर राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी के सदस्य मयंक गांधी की वॉलंटियर्स को लिखी चिट्ठी ने कर दी जिसमें सारे फसाद के जड़ केजरीवाल को बताया गया।

पत्रकारिता का पहला उसूल है कहानी कभी एक पक्ष से पूरी नहीं होती दूसरा पक्ष जानना अनिवार्य होता है और इसलिए ज़रूरत इस बात की है कि आम आदमी पार्टी सामने आये और सब साफ़ बताये और अगर ऐसा नहीं होता तो बस फिर क्या धारणाएं बनती रहेंगी जो आज नहीं तो कल ज़वाब देने को मजबूर ज़रूर करेंगी। याद रहे राजनीति में धारणा बहुत बड़ी चीज़ होती है।
